    Our tiny brick front porch and stairs were in bad shape with gaps between bricks and ants living inside, plus the stairs were not constructed evenly and were a tripping hazard. We wanted a little bigger porch with composite decking and safe stairs. When Derick Smith of Seven Hills Remodeling came to give us an estimate he was very knowledgeable, paid attention to what we wanted, and returned a detailed estimate within 48 hrs. Derick and Randal were very responsive, showed up when they said they would, kept us informed, and worked hard to get the job done. There were 2 tons of dirt and smaller brick stairs under the existing structure, but they got it demolished and hauled off and cleaned up all the debris. When they started on the structure their craftmanship and dedication to quality really shined. They followed our list of materials (light gray Veranda decking with white lattice below the structure) and went above and beyond code on framing the structure itself. It is really solid, the decking does not dip, sag, or vibrate, and the stairs are built properly. A friend of ours who knows construction commented that he could run his truck into the deck and it would stay up! (We asked him not to do that, LOL) We definitely will be hiring Seven Hills Remodeling to do some other projects later in the year, and I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of home repair or remodeling.     I hired Seven Hills to build an 80x30 red steel garage. We have a very difficult property to get to and bring materials to etc. They finished on budget and on time. When you shake their hands you know it’s as good as gold. Very rare to find great people along with great work. I can’t give them a high enough review for the quality of the work along with great communication etc. I 100% recommend them and will use them in the future! See more See less

    We had our bath remodeled with Seven Hills. Derrick and Chad did an awesome job! From helping us make design and accessory choices, to keeping on schedule to cheerfully addressing our mirror concerns, they were extremely professional and very helpful!     Seven Hills Remodeling LLC did a fantastic job on our complete bathroom remodel. They were respectful of our home and cleaned their work area daily. I know both of these guys personally, they are honest, professional and care about their carpentry! If you want a bathroom, kitchen remodel or any upgrade to your home, I highly recommend them!     Seven Hills Remodeling reboarded and updated our back deck. Randall was our point of contact. We met him through a referral from a mutual friend. The experience was great. Randall met with us quickly early in the project and went through all of our questions. There were a few areas that we needed a recommendation and he was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the options. We ultimately went with his recommendation. Once we approved the project and pricing, we set up a time on their schedule. The supplies arrived at our home a day before the crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous and willing to answer questions. At completion, Randall walked through the project with us. We appreciated the attention to detail start to finish. Great job to Randall and team! See more See less
